Trees Planted Along the Riverbanks.

How firm are we planted along the riverbanks of prayer and supplication? So many of us have become complacent in our prayer that they have become just ritual sayings with no rooted course to them. How many can hear the alarming roar of the change of the tide of the flow of the river? The spiritual river that is about to change is pulling us deeper into the flow of what Holy Spirit is calling us into. Even God’s generals who have been wading in the river are getting exhausted with the warfare that has had to happen, especially through these last two years of this pandemic. There is no more time for games as the spiritual river is drawing us in deeper and deeper as we await something to happen. Those that are hearing the Lord’s call are feeling the pulling of the tide enticing them to even go deeper to hear instructions and guidance.

Revelation 22:1,2 “And He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”

It is a Tree of Life. Holy Spirit is Omnipresent, He is on both sides of the river as well as in the middle, He is truly our ever-present Guide. He is our life giver. Our comforter and Leader. Through Him our God hears all our prayers.

There are so many that have been stripped of everything they own through this covid time. So many have given up on life, that all they have left to hang on to is Jesus Christ to get them through. So many have lost all yet not given up on God Himself and this big test has made them the very vessels that God is using to push through their roots into the riverbanks of prayer. Their commitment to serve Jesus goes beyond the norm. They are prepared to go deeper, to be cleansed by the Holy Spirit so they will turn with the tide of the river and receive the more from Holy Spirit.

Ezekiel 47: 7-12 (This scripture is so similar to Revelations 22.) Are you a tree planted by the River of Life that flows from the Throne of God? If not, then I suggest you get into the Word of God and get yourself planted on the banks of the river of God and you will soon see things change. You will receive gifts from Jesus, gifts that will manifest in your life as you pray with all your heart. The cleansing water of the Holy Spirit will bring you to the very Throne of God. When you have got so deep in the River of Life, you will see God’s Power at work in your life and you will see how your prayers are answered. Not according to your will or way, but according to the Will of God. The Lord will trust you with more and more the deeper you go with Him.

Read the word and get into the presence of Holy Spirit and see the miracles of hope and Glory take place.

"...who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like launderers' soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness..." Malachi 3:2-3

"And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory." Luke 21:25-27

"You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons." 1 Corinthians 10:21

"And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:15.
